The last one, I believe! Let's continue on with my experiences...
I pick up many calls every day, and as time goes by, people recognize my voice, I recognize theirs. And that's where a small friendship bond starts...
Just like Scenario 1, I was asked to pass the call to another person every time (just different one, now). But since he was away for a while, anyone who picks up this consumer's call would just have to help out.
How interesting, that the same person would reach my hotline every single time! ;) I was really fortunate to have spoken with her so many times.
What was unforgettable, was that she almost always mistook my voice for the other CS' voice (he's the only other male in CS). Then I had to correct her everytime :P
But hey, every time I picked her call, it was always really cool. We managed to identify each other, then chatted longer and more on the phone, more than just having a query.
Sadly, though, she called once, both to make a query, and to say that she wouldn't be working with effect from today (time of my post). It was a little sad to say goodbye to her since we chatted so often, but we have to let things go, sometimes...
And I say farewell to her, while I wait for one day before I say farewell, too.
--------------------------------
Just like workload, I couldn't tolerate getting tons of calls when busy doing my work. Yet, when there's little to no work left, I keep staring at the phone, hoping for someone to reach my hotline!
In the end, I even asked my sister to call me :P Just to chat on the phone... But I'd have to hang up still, since it's not nice to hog the line and prevent customers from calling in >.< but it was still a long chat!
--------------------------------
Just a few hours to go....
It's going to be a memorable experience, I'm sure of it. Saying my goodbyes to them... hm. But first, a nice lunch with all of them x)!
