He slowly opened his eyes, recovering from the attack which seemed to last an eternity as he drowned. His surrounding seemed like he returned to where he was previously at, the Dark Forest, but he could tell something was not right.
As he stood up, he stumbled and realized his strength was not at his usual level. Worse, it seemed as if a large chunk of strength was removed from him, so much that he could only barely stand and walk.
He knew that surviving the drowning itself was already strange, but now he needed to get some answers to what was occurring to him.
His drained strength made him completely weakened, easily stumbling. His eyesight was just blurry, to the point that it felt he could collapse anytime, again.
With the crimson moonlight shining down on him, he heard footsteps, but it was not around him, but above him.
He raised his head and saw something that could not have been possible.
Without making out what they were, he could sense that five figures were standing around. He could not raise his voice to call them, for his strength was just too low. He noticed that they were standing... on water. Strangely enough, it looked really familiar, but he just couldn't think at that point of time.
Along with that, around him were four other figures, but they were a distance away that he could not reach any of them.
One turned around to look at him, and what he saw stunned him. Looking like a copy of him, the blurry figure stood there, staring at him, not uttering a single word. He tried to focus his vision, and confirmed that it was exactly like him, but something just didn't feel right about any of the figures.
His vision started to blur again, he realized he needed to recuperate more. As he collapsed once more to the ground, he saw that the nine figures walked away, all towards different directions, regardless of where they were. He raised his hand, hoping for something to occur, but he knew that there was not a chance. Salvation... was not possible. Not yet.
The figure walked past him, as if he was never present. He couldn't muster any strength to stop that figure, but he knew that many answers would lie within the figures.
As his eyes slowly shut from exhaustion, he muttered a few words, before collapsing again.
"Rest...."
"Answers...."
It was all just the beginning...

Wyrking, Wyrking
So, the greenhorn's out to work!
Second day on the job and it's definitely getting more difficult~ But hey, that's what work is all about isn't it! ;D
But hey, things are going to be like a rollercoaster ride! But o_O what will happen in the days to come?!
One thing's for sure, it's definitely a tiring job! Drifting off to bed is so easy now.
How interesting that 1/3 of our lives are spent working, or more. So we actually spend most of our lives.... SLEEPING! HA! :)
Think it over, it's time for me to take a break from all the buzz at work!

FoD - Writer's Notes I
Celebrating my 100th post came a double "issue" of FoD, which is just below.
While it seems like FoD is just like an ordinary story, it is by no means one. Whatever events happen inside is always linked to something else...
I think I mentioned this before, but FoD was my means of conveying a message, an experience to other readers out there.
In a different way, I am sharing what went through in my life using a story. Of course since it's a story, everything needs to be more... refined.
Well, maybe no one has noticed it yet, but I've never given a name, a look, a build to "he". It's probably intentional, although I already have a name and how he should look on my mind. Just that I want to hold back all these information until I find the right time to release it.
Fortunately [or unfortunately!], FoD's going to be ongoing for some time, like a train on rails with no end to where it's moving. It just all coincides with how a person's life comes with ups and downs, new experiences and what not!
Fret not, an ending always comes to any story, and mine will have one to. It just depends on when I'm going to place it only, that's all.
Guess that ends my writer's notes for this time. FoD would continue... when it does! Heh!

Flames of Darkness - Chapter I - II
With the final step, onto the center of the lake, the glow stopped completely.
"Tch." was the only word he said.
Yet, without a warning, the lake surface began to glow just like how it was with his steps, and it began to envelop the whole lake to as far as he could see.
He knew this was not a good sign, although no one had ever spoken about this lake within the Forest, but he stood his ground.
A sudden pull on his leg surprised him, and he attempted to break free of that pull. No matter how much force he used, it seemed as though the pull would be way stronger than his.
In a split second, he was pulled into the lake at alarming speed, and it didn't stop there. It just continued pulling him deeper... deeper...
He began to run out of breath. Gasping for air within the water would be the worst choice he would have done, since that would just cause him to drown. He held on until the very last second, staring up towards the surface which became quiet once more, as if nothing had ever happened...
He looked down, and saw pitch black. He knew that no one would have known any of this to happen, but he didn't want to disappear just like that.
Just then, a strong force went through his body. One that he never felt before. One that was so immense, it knocked him totally unconscious. As he got pulled deeper, on the surface, a mist was slowly forming, and his figure became less visible... less visible... until no figure could be seen anymore.
On the surface, the Lake just stayed quiet as ever, like no disturbance ever happened...

Flames of Darkness - Chapter I - I
Just as he thought and heard of, the Dark Forest lived up to its name. Hardly any moonlight shone into the forest, and he was unable to see anything just a few steps ahead.
Strangely though, the Dark Forest was made up of all dead and withered trees, and there were no leaves there to block the moonlight from entering, yet it seemed that just a few branches from the trees over him were able to block all the crimson moonlight that attempted to seep through.
As he continued proceeding forth, he noticed that the road split into two. He looked up and saw a strange signpost.
Onwards - Left
Death - Right
While it did seem like an obvious choice on what he should have chosen, he remained silent, and moved towards the path on the right...
The path looked totally ordinary, nothing out of place. The dead leaves strewn all over the ground and dry soil just showed how bad the condition was within the Forest, and he knew that he needed to get out of the area as soon as possible, unless he wanted to be part of the Forest-- as a corpse.
A large lake loomed across the path he was walking, as if appearing from nowhere. He couldn't be bothered with it and proceeded across the lake. Strangely enough, it seemed as though the surface of the lake was rock solid and he could move on the surface as if walking on ground.
With each step he took, he felt something wasn't right but continued moving.
Just then, beneath his feet, he saw a small glow that spread out like a ripple, before disappearing. While his instincts told him to head back, he went against himself and moved forward.
Yet, with every step, the glow continued to appear, seemingly brighter with every step, extending larger into the lake.
What he never expected was what happened when he took the last step towards the center of the lake...

Late Night Posting... Again
Strange. Seems like there's a trend I prefer to blog only in the deep dark depths of the night compared to daytime.
Guess I just prefer privacy and secrecy, not that my blog's a secret! Heh!
One post coming up tomorrow I believe? FMA's 4th OP and ED are already out! Videos all coming /soon/. :)

Dimensions of Time - Chrono Cross
As promised, here comes the one game that I watched [not played] which got me really interested.
Time has been something that has crept up to me slowly as itself passes by, but it's hard to express that feeling of curiosity about it.
I would like to give full credit to ArtificialRaven for his video, you can check more out at his channel for Chrono Cross. A direct link would be this: Click me!
This brings you to the very first video that you'll be seeing here. I'll also type some parts of whatever was mentioned inside the video, because that's what I found was memorable.
There are actually two videos, one for the start and the end. The narration is also in that format, split by the lines.
The videos are all the way at the bottom, to not disrupt your watching pleasure x).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What was the start of all this?
When did the cogs of fate begin to turn?
Perhaps it is impossible to grasp that answer now,
From deep within the flow of time...
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...
Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
Whilst our laughter echoed,
Under cerulean skies...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meaninglessly hurting one another...
The disappearing life-forms...
Love to hate...
Hate to love...
Why are we born?
Why do we die?
Evolution?
The "survival of the fittest?"
What is there to be achieved from
harming one another...
Killing one another...
Does that make us all just pawns?
Are each of our short lives
nothing but a cheap sacrifice
just so the one chosen life-form
can be born?
Each life-form that attempts to
eke out a decent life for itself
forms a link in the golden chain
that leads to the creation of
a new universe.
If one link is missing,
there will be no future.
There is no such thing as
a useless life-form...
No such thing as
a pawn!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So now, there was also a song that's included in this whole game, I'm not going to show it here. A really soothing song I must say, but this isn't where I'll place it. Not yet, at least. Not until... time will tell. ;)
Anyway, this was one really interesting storyline to read, but it's also one that's very confusing. For those who's interested in watching the playthrough, be forewarned that you'll very likely get lost in the plot halfway through!

Everflowing, Everlasting
Here goes the next section of more talk.
If people couldn't speak their mind, of course they would go to other extents to express themselves. Some by music, some... like me, typing. Don't start saying that it's boring to see words. I'm expressing myself.
I've come to realize that regardless of what we do, regardless of what happens, regardless of the incidents that have come and gone, there's always something that goes ever so slowly, but stays forever, even until we're gone.
Time.
And I do realize that I love to speak of it, I wonder why? Time seems to be something that comes to attract me really well, and I just get really interested when there's any related topic to this.
Alternate dimensions, a split timeline, anything that gets related to time, I'll like it, I believe.
Just like now, where the time's 4:16AM, it's really intriguing how I managed to stay up so late for the past few weeks all the way till this sort of time, yet continue everyday as though it's normal.
Time is something really mysterious actually. In what way is it mysterious? Just how it works, how it's... 4:18AM currently, and not 4:18PM, or 12:00PM or what not. But hey, that's just some really random stuff there isn't it?
I came across a saying which went "the moment you're born, you are living to your death." That really makes sense actually. We are born to die, but we still live on as usual, ticking all the way to that very last second.
Along with so much chat about time, an upcoming post will show just one way time has been manipulated, or I should say, split.
Ah, sleepy eyes, but I don't think I should stop yet.
I figured, "I should create one chapter of my story everytime I make a blog post," but... nah, that's like an obligation. I don't like to be bounded by it.
However, what I do know is, it seems like the next part of the story should be coming really soon, maybe in a few days time? Depending on when I have the mood to start randomly typing a plot as I go along.
Did I also mention that Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood is getting a new OP and ED in it's next episode? ;)
Till then,
-gone-

The Late Night Silence
Both a creepy, yet serene kind of feel is within the atmosphere currently. I really shouldn't say much, but hey, what's there to do when your bio clock has shifted so radically you don't know what's going to come next?
This silence is really something that I want. That I need. That I love to embrace. Getting away from the buzz and shouts of city life really helps me to keep my mind on a balance, which is why I like to get in touch with nature, or I should say, I like to get in touch with it when I get to ;).
Yet, there are just some times when situations arise which disturb this balance in me, which disrupts the continual flow. This is when things can really go out of hand, and I will not be 'me' in just a few minutes.
I cannot tolerate people shouting at home, because I feel that home is what it's supposed to be, a shelter for people to make use of when they need to get away from matters. Yet, time arises when it is just purely inevitable, when discipline needs to be handed down to those who aren't too obedient.
Sorry mate, I don't give a f***ing care on that. Wanna create noise, get lost from the house and return after it's done. But hey, what can you do? It's an adult whacking a child for 'discipline.' Ha, like I believe in that shit.
So back to topic, if any of such incidents occur, it just disrupts my own calm mentality, which... really gets me into a nice agitated feel in less than 5 minutes. Provoke me further and I can turn really... really, I should say, dangerous.
Which is why people say "the most subtle person is actually the most dangerous." That's true, you'd better believe it.
But hey, fortunately I'm getting better at controlling these outrages now that no damage is really done at all, or maybe just damage done to my mind from all that control.
Yet the irony comes that I do lose my temper and become the one creating noise at time. Heh, can't be helped, eh? Fortunately these incidents are totally few and far between.
When I start typing, it really seems like I can't stop. And I actually won't. One more post for the day coming right up in a few minutes.

There's a First for Everything
A new year, a new start. What's your New Year's Revolution?
With the new year, there's a first for anything. The first time you have a meal [which I just did], the first time you took a shower, the first time you switch on, sit in front of, and play games on the computer.
The first time of visiting friends, playing sports with them, going shopping... you get my drift.
So, of course, not forgetting this 'special occasion' [which actually occurs once every year], I figured I'd start off with my first, and second blog posts if you include this one for the new year ;).
Maybe some have noticed, but it starts off... strange. Well, meant to be that way, I'll try to tie up loose ends eventually x).
The plot will continue expand as and when I like it [I don't have a fixed idea!] so that won't be any regular updates, unless I feel like it, or if it's a very special event for me to record down.
Within the plot, it'll be a mix of fiction, and a bite of reality, in which many of my feelings and thoughts will be typed down as a story. Easier for me to explain, easier to be understood too!
I wish everyone the most successful year ahead!

Flames of Darkness - Prologue
He stared into the night sky as always. There were hardly any stars, but that wasn't his concern.
He continued staring into the darkness above, as if waiting for something to happen. Never once had he missed on sitting at the peak of Drake Mt. ever since he was told to.
It was cold as ever, but regardless of how cold he was, however much he was shivering, he just sat there, staring blankly...
The moon was crimson red. A chilly wind picked up, and he stopped staring at the skies. The wind suddenly died down in an instant. Peering into the distance from where he was, he stood up, uttering the few words in his mouth.
"It's time."
He ran down the Mt. and went into the Dark Forest, just a distance from the Mt. He took his first step in, and continued into the depths of darkness in the forest.
He never looked back...
